Sebastian Inlet, on the east coast of Florida, is considered the premier saltwater fishing spot on Florida’s east coast. You can fish the jetties at the inlet for snook, redfish, bluefish, flounder, snapper, grouper, sheepshead, permit, whiting, blues, and Spanish mackerel.
It’s a trip to fish at the inlet. The water rips right through there super fast and the boats all line up anchored bow to stern. Getting snagged was an issue….for Jamie. 😒 But luckily Cary had his technique down and we caught a bunch of pompano.
It was also really beautiful to fish the inland waters. There were so many birds flying from shore to shore along the water, landing in the trees on the opposite sides of the marsh. The boat was practically quiet with just the Minn Kota trolling motor humming…complete serenity! ❤️
